Esther Phillips - The complete Studio-recordings (1962-1979)

Esther Phillips (1935-1984) was een Amerikaanse R&B/Blues/Jazz zangeres die tot haar dood op 49-jarige leeftijd een 16tal studio-albums produceerde.
Daarnaast in deze post een compilatie-album met tussen 1962 en 1971 opgenomen tracks die niet op de reguliere albums zijn verschenen alsmede een na haar dood geproduceerd album met tracks die nog van voor haar overlijden op de plank lagen. Ook het eerste 78-toeren hitje "Aged and Mellow", toen nog onder de naam Little Esther Phillips uit 1952 is bijgevoegd. 
Op het laatste postuum album na...alles lossless.
